This series of pumps are single-suction, multi-stage, segmented centrifugal pumps with a flow range of 10-66m3/h and a head range of 90-1100m. The maximum temperature of the medium is 130ºC. They are mainly used for boiler feed water in medium and small thermal power plants or other applications requiring small flow rates and high heads.
The most notable feature of this series of pumps is their high efficiency, which results in significant energy savings. The shaft seal is made of soft packing.
The main materials for the major components are: the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, guide vanes, and impeller are made of ordinary cast iron (low-pressure end) and ductile iron (high-pressure end), while the shaft is made of carbon steel.
The meaning of the pump model number is as follows: for example, 80DG50. 80 refers to the diameter of the pump inlet and outlet (mm), and 50 refers to the single-stage head (m).
