LZE11th series single-stage cantilever pump is API610 (ISO13709) OH2 structure, the design standard conforms to API610 11th "Centrifugal pump for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industry" and API682 4th "Centrifugal pump and Rotary pump shaft seal system", is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump installed on the center line, mainly used to transport clean or containing trace particles, neutral or highly corrosive, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, mainly used in refinery atmospheric decompression, catalytic cracking, coking equipment, petroleum Chemical industry, coal chemical industry, power plants, chemical fiber, environmental protection engineering and other fields.
LZE11th series petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, single-stage, radial split cantilever centrifugal pumps. This series of pumps has a separate bearing box to withstand all the forces applied to the pump shaft and ensure the position of the rotor. The pump is mounted on the base and connected to its drive machine by a flexible coupling.
1. Pump body: The pump body adopts volute structure design, and the outlet of the pump body ≥DN80 adopts double volute hydraulic design, which balances the radial force to the maximum extent. The flange nozzle size is designed according to the requirements of API610. The centerline support of the pump body can improve thermal stability and withstand higher nozzle loads. The discharge interface of the pump body is in the form of welding and the overall flange docking.;
2. Bearing parts: The bearing parts (bearing box, bearing, shaft, gland, pump cover, etc.) adopt an integral pull-out design, which can realize the inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.The bearing parts are rigidly designed, and the bearing bracket is not provided at the end of the bearing box.;
3. Shaft: The shaft is a bare shaft structure, and the stiffness index of the pump shaft meets the requirements of Appendix K of API610 11th.At the same time, the anti-reversal structure of the impeller nut is adopted to meet the needs of on-site working conditions and improve the safety and stability of the equipment.
4. Axial force balance: Wear-resistant rings are designed on both sides of the impeller, and balance holes are opened on the inside to balance the pressure on both sides of the impeller, and the thrust bearings only bear lower loads.
5. Bearings and lubrication: The front bearing (the bearing close to the pump head) adopts deep groove ball bearings, which only bear radial force. The rear bearing (the bearing near the drive end) adopts a pair of angular contact ball bearings (73 series) or a pair of tapered roller bearings (31 series); the bearing adopts an oil ring lubrication structure, and the bearing isolator type seal or fan palace seal can be selected according to user needs.
6. Mechanical sealing: The size of the sealing cavity is implemented in API682 4th "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Shaft Sealing System", and various forms of sealing, flushing and cooling schemes can be configured.
