Blossom API 610 Bb1 Pump Features a Double Volute Casing
Overview:
LAD series double suction pump is API610(ISO13709)BB1 structure, the design standard conforms to API610 11th "Centrifugal pump for Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industry" and API682 4th "Centrifugal pump and rotary pump shaft seal System", is a single or two stage, both ends of the support, axial split double suction pump. Double-suction impellers reduce cavitation and meet the demanding requirements of refineries and other critical applications. Mainly used for transporting clean or containing trace particles of liquid, such as petrochemical, hydraulic irrigation, industrial power plants, industrial desalination engineering (reverse osmosis method) and combined cycle power plants, solar energy, biochemistry and other fields.
Structural characteristics:
1. Housing: The support form at both ends of the housing is used to withstand high axial and radial loads. The rotor components can be installed and disassembled without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines during maintenance, which has the advantages of easy maintenance and low maintenance costs.;
2. Double suction impeller: The impeller adopts a closed structure, with water inlet on both sides, and the axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades.Double suction impeller improves cavitation resistance NPSH;
3. Shaft: The pump shaft adopts a rigid shaft, which can ensure the smooth and safe operation of the rotor in each performance interval.In terms of material, the bare shaft design is used at the same time, and the pump shaft material and the overcurrent material are guaranteed to be of the same material grade.;
4. Shaft seal: The sealing system implements the 4th edition of API682 "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Sealing System", which can be configured with various forms of sealing, flushing and cooling schemes.;
5. Bearings and lubrication: Bearings are designed to withstand residual axial forces, and rolling bearings or sliding bearings can be used according to working conditions.360° integrated bearing bracket, the standard configuration is dilute oil lubrication.The bearing frame adopts air-cooled or water-cooled structure, which has the characteristics of long design service life and high reliability, so that the pump has the advantages of stable overall operation and low vibration value.;
6. Direction of rotation of the impeller: For conventional pump types, from the motor end, the direction of rotation of the pump is counterclockwise rotation.According to customer requirements, it can be formulated to rotate in a clockwise direction.
