ZJA type slurry pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump, which is divided into horizontal type (ZJA) and vertical type (ZJLA) according to the structure. Horizontal pumps are divided into 500mm, 450mm, 400mm, 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications according to the outlet diameter.Vertical pumps are divided into 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications according to the outlet diameter.

The flow parts of this series of slurry pumps are made of self-developed anti-strong wear-resistant Gaoming alloy cast iron, which has high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, small vibration, low noise, and convenient maintenance.It can be applied to electric power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials to transport abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is 45% for mortar and 60% for ore pulp, and can be operated in series according to user needs.

Pump body structure:

•The pump body adopts inner and outer double-layer metal structure.
•The pump casing is vertically split.
• The water outlet position is installed at 45° intervals and rotated to eight different positions.
Bearing lubrication:
Types of Bearing lubrications are divided according to different bearing boxes: 
• The box type is lubricated with thin oil
• Cylindrical type is lubricated with grease.
• The bearing box △ embedded type is lubricated with thin oil or grease.
Shaft seal form:
• Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: suitable for single-stage pumps and the first-stage pumps used in series, and the lubrication of the stuffing used for the parking seal shall be clean water or grease under normal pressure.
• Stuffing seal: for the second and above stage pumps used in series, shaft seal water is required.
•Mechanical seal: used in working conditions where leakage is not allowed. 
Impeller form:
• Closed impeller: The impeller is closed, with better abrasion resistance and improved pump efficiency.

• Semi-open impeller: The impeller has a large flow capacity, and does not need to be cleaned frequently when conveying easily scabbed materials, making the cleaning work much easier.

1. (NPSH) r refers to the value at the specified point of the second gear speed in this catalog.
2. The normal passing particle size is 56% of the maximum particle size allowed for intermittent passing.
3. In the pump weight column, there are two values for the pump with the same base. The data outside the brackets is the weight of the pump under high speed parameters, and the data inside the brackets is the weight of the pump under low speed parameters.
