Audited Supplier Cemented carbide electrode, also known as YD type cemented carbide composite electrode (referred to as YD type welding electrode, commonly known as mace) is made of sintered sintered cemented carbide and elastic matrix alloy. Sintered carbide particles are mainly diamond-containing tungsten carbide, and its hardness can reach 89-91HRA. The body metal is generally "nickel-copper" alloy, the bending strength is about 690Mpa, and the hardness is ≥160HB. The carbide composite electrode needs to be used in conjunction with a substrate flux.
