This series of pumps is a single stage, double suction centrifugal pump, flow range 188 ~ 1476m? /h: head range of 16~75m, medium temperature does not exceed 105ºC, mainly used for central air conditioning system, also suitable for various water supply and drainage occasions.

 

This series of pumps adopts the popular structure in recent years abroad, compared with the horizontal open structure, first, the same wall thickness and material, can withstand higher static pressure (3 1.6MPa); Second, the shaft seal is only mechanically sealed, which shorths the distance between the impeller and the shaft seal and the shaft seal to the bearing, so the axial size of the pump is also significantly shortened.

 

The transmission end is equipped with an intermediate coupling, and the mechanical seal can be replaced without moving the water pump during maintenance. The outlet pipe of the pump is upward, and the inlet pipe has two kinds of structure: upward (U-shaped) or on the side (L-shaped). When the normal supply is made, the L-shaped inlet pipe is on the right side from the direction of the motor. According to the user's requirements, it can also be reversed.

 

Manufacturing materials: pump body, pump cover cast iron or nodular cast iron; Impeller cast iron, cast copper or cast stainless steel; Shaft one stainless steel.

 

The outlet of the pump has an outlet cone.
