Single Stage Corrosion and Wear Resistance Chemical Pump
This series of pump is a single suction, multistage, horizontal chemical centrifugal pump, is designed according to the international standard ISO2858, and according to ISO5199/DIS manufacturing. Used for conveying neutral or corrosive media or petroleum products. Flow range of 2.5 to 460m/h; Head range of 2.5~132m; Medium temperature -20~105ºC; Maximum working pressure 1.6MPa.

The shaft seal of the pump has a variety of structural forms, the most commonly used is the built-in non-balanced single end mechanical seal. According to the working conditions, can also choose external type, unbalanced type or double end mechanical seal. The flushing cooling mode can be internal flushing or external flushing. Additional sealing devices can also be installed (such as cyclone separator, heat exchanger, etc.). For suspended particles or corrosive medium, soft packing seal can also be used (external flushing or internal flushing).

According to the corrosive properties of the medium, different manufacturing materials should be selected for the liquid contact parts, the most commonly used is 305(1Cr18Ni9Ti).

The attached table lists the selection method of the motor when the medium proportion is large, for the user's reference.

The first two digits of the pump model represent the inlet and outlet diameters of the pump. For example, IH100-80-160. 100- inlet diameter (mm), 80- outlet diameter (mm).
