Cemented carbide electrode, also known as YD type cemented carbide composite electrode (referred to as YD type welding electrode, commonly known as mace) is made of sintered sintered cemented carbide and elastic matrix alloy. Sintered carbide particles are mainly diamond-containing tungsten carbide, and its hardness can reach 89-91HRA. The body metal is generally "nickel-copper" alloy, the bending strength is about 690Mpa, and the hardness is ≥160HB. The carbide composite electrode needs to be used in conjunction with a substrate flux.
It is mainly used to overlay the worn-out and cutting usage workpieces in oil, mining, coalmining, geology, construction and other industries.Such as: milling shoes, wear shoescentralizers, reamer, drill pipe joints, hydraulic cutter, scraper blade plow planer, drill corepiling drill.auger, etc.
The oxyacetylene butt, the operating process is as follows:
