The ISG and IL series pumps are vertical structures of the IS and KT pumps. The flow range is 2.5-1600 cubic meters per hour, and the head range is 2-145 meters. They are mainly used for pumping clean water, light oil, and non-corrosive or weakly corrosive liquids. The maximum temperature of the medium is 80ºC.
The inlet and outlet sizes of the ISG pump are the same, arranged at 180 degrees, and can be connected in series in the pipeline. The inlet of the IL pump is at the bottom and the outlet is at the top. The relative position of the inlet and outlet can be changed, which is conducive to arranging the pipeline according to local conditions.
The working pressure of the pump is 1.6MPa, and pumps with a working pressure greater than 1.6MPa can also be provided, so these pumps are suitable for occasions with higher inlet pressure (such as closed-loop systems for air conditioning and heating).
The standard vertical motor transmits power through a flexible coupling, so it has the characteristics of smooth operation, low noise, and small vibration.
The pump shaft seal has two types: mechanical seal and soft packing seal. If the shaft seal is cooled (with normal temperature water), liquids not exceeding 130ºC can be transported (IGR hot water pump). Copper impellers and stainless steel shafts can be used to transport light oil (IGY light oil pump).
The main parts are made of cast iron or ductile iron for the pump body and pump cover, cast iron or bronze for the impeller, and carbon steel or stainless steel for the shaft. The meaning of the digits in the pump model: for example, ISG100--200, 100--inlet and outlet diameter (mm), 200--impeller nominal diameter. IL200-150-250B, 200--inlet diameter (mm), 150--outlet diameter (mm), 250B--impeller diameter after the second cut.
For the ISG pump with a diameter of 125, there are two flow ranges. We add (1) and (II) after the model number to distinguish them, such as flow rate of 160m/h: ISG125-250(1); flow rate of 200m3/h: ISG125-250(II).
To save energy, some pumps use non-standard power YDX motors. The power of the standard Y (YB) motor is also noted in the column of the matching motor for the pump.
