1. Housing: Axially divided, supported near the centerline, the pump inlet and outlet flanges are arranged on the pump body, which can easily realize the inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines, simplifying rotor balance, inspection and installation, pump body flow channel inspection and modification, and the transformation of spare parts rotors.
2. Impeller: precision casting, dynamic balance and individual impellers are fixed separately, the impellers are interference fit, and the stepped shaft structure is used at each stage of the impeller to facilitate installation and maintenance; DN80 (export) and above specifications can be equipped with the first-stage double-suction impeller to improve the anti-cavitation ability NPSH.
3. Balance of axial force and radial force: the impeller is arranged symmetrically back to back to self-balance the axial force, the intermediate bushing and the throat bushing balance the residual axial force, and the thrust bearing only bears the lower load; the volute is arranged symmetrically up and down, with the smallest radial force, in order to obtain a smaller shaft deformation and bearing load.
4. Bearings and lubrication: Bearings choose oil ring self-lubricating structural bearings or forced lubricating structural bearings according to the size of shaft power and speed. The full range adopts bearing isolator type seals, carbon steel bearing boxes, and bearing boxes can be fan-cooled or water-cooled for selection.
5. Shaft seal: The sealing system implements the 4th edition of API682 "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Sealing System", which can be configured with various forms of sealing, flushing and cooling schemes.
