This series of pump is horizontal double-shell multi-stage open pump, which is used for conveying high pressure descaling water in rolling mills, and can also be used for boiler water supply, oilfield water injection and other occasions requiring high pressure water.
The head impeller of the pump is double suction, and the rest of the single suction impeller is arranged back-to-back, and the inner shell is horizontally open. With two groups of balanced water pipes and a group of thrust bearing, can effectively balance the axial force and radial force produced in the operation of the pump. At the same time, the product overheating emission is very small, so it has the characteristics of smooth operation, reliable performance, long life, etc.
This product should be equipped with 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa pressure of the front pump.
Manufacturing materials: Outer shell and shaft are special stainless steel forgings, impeller and inner shell are special stainless steel castings. Pump inlet on the side, according to user needs, the water inlet can also be changed to vertical up.
